Your product may be stopped/suspended. However, you can always upgrade to a higher plan, and if you are on the highest plan we offer you can always upgrade individual resources (like disk space and bandwidth). So, if you are near reaching your limits, you should upgrade your plan or resources to avoid any issues.

In this way, we stop you from having to pay extra overage charges, and we make you more aware of the resources that you are using.
