To request a dedicated IP, you will need to place an order for it after ordering the hosting service, as well as opening a support ticket.

Login to the client area
Follow 'My Services'
View details of the account you wish to apply a dedicated IP address to;
Follow 'Addons' and 'view available addons'
Drop our billing department a ticket to finalise the request

Please note that the order and ticket will be reviewed by our team before approval. We may request IP justification.
